		Matthew Lawson, Director Matthew was born and raised in Napier and completed his schooling at St Johns College, Hastings. He commenced practice in Napier in 1991 having completed the degrees of Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws at Otago University.
Matthew specialises in Civil/Commercial Litigation, Resource Management and Local Government Law, represents Local Authority clients as well as private clients and development companies. He also has a "hands on" interest in the primary sector, running a small mixed farming operation. With a keen interest in all sports Matthew has played rugby, participated in triathalons and twice completed the Speight's Coast to Coast. He maintains a keen interest in Hawke's Bay Rugby and is a member of the Hawke's Bay Rugby Judiciary and Appeals Committees. Matthew chairs the Environmental, Conservation and Outdoor Education Trust, an organisation that aims to promote outdoor education from an environmental perspective while challenging students with real and adventurous outdoor activities. Matthew currently holds the position of Chairman on the Puketapu School Board of Trustees and is also Chairman of the Judicial Appeals Committe for the Hawke's Bay Rugby Union. Matthew is a certified Hearings Commissioner having achieved Excellence in the approved course as prescribed by the Ministry for the Environment. In 2013 Matthew was appointed by the Minister for the Environment as a member of the Board of Inquiry for the Environmental Protection Authority. 		Blair Robinson, Director Blair was born and raised in Napier completing his schooling at Napier Boys High School. Following his completion of studies at Victoria University in Wellington and a period of time travelling overseas, Blair returned to Napier and commenced work as a Solicitor in June 1992, following in the tradition of both his father and grandfather.
Blair's areas of specialty are conveyancing, subdivisional developments, commercial law, trusts, wills and estates. He has substantial experience in these areas including representing financial institutions, security legislation compliance and in the property area advising and completing large scale subdivisions and developments. In the community, Blair is involved as a Director of NZCU Baywide, Chairman on the Board of Directors for Central Districts Cricket and Chairman of the Hawke's Bay Rugby Judiciary. Blair is also Honorary Solicitor for various local clubs and organisations including the Hawkes Bay Rugby Football Union and the Central Districts Cricket Association.
